1.01 What do I need in order to use the CQServices interface?
In order to use the CQServices interface, you need will need:
  • Calyx Point version 3.6 or higher
  • Microsoft Windows 95 or later (including Windows NT 4.0 and 2000)
  • The CQServices Interface (available at the Download Center)
  • An active Credit Quick Services account
1.02 What versions of POINT are supported?
We currently support interfaces for Calyx Point v3.6 and higher.

1.03 Will CQServices work on my Windows 3.x and DOS systems?
No. CQServices was designed for systems running Microsoft Windows 95 and higher.

1.04 If I have a problem not covered here, how can I get help?

2.01 How do I install the CQServices interface?

2.02 How do I configure the CQServices interface?
You will be given the opportunity to setup your account information when you install CQServices. If you need to change this information at a later date, run C:\creditquick\CPCFG.EXE.

2.03 How do I know if CQServices is installed properly?
From within POINT, open up a borrower file. Go to the "Interface" menu and select "Credit Reporting ....". The "Credit Report Interfaces" list should pop up. If CQServices is properly installed there will be an X next to "Credit Quick Services".

2.04 I already have a version of CQServices on my computer (I think). Is it safe to install a new copy?
Yes, but be aware that you will have to re-enter your login information for security reasons.
